Cold Culture Ltd. is hiring a Sales Specialist for the COLD Store Milan at Porta Ticinese. This part-time role (20 hours per week) involves delivering a high-energy, brand-aligned customer experience, stocking visuals, and supporting team operations.

You will engage customers in fashion/streetwear, close sales with style, and represent the brand with confidence. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Formación

• Retail experience in fashion or streetwear is a plus.
• Be organized, fast, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to read customers and offer immediate solutions.
• Available on weekends and holidays.
• Speak Italian and English; other languages a bonus.
