McCormick & Company in Italy is seeking two Junior Account Managers to join the Sales team. The role combines desk-based account management with field visits to assigned customers, enabling direct customer exposure.

You will support Senior Account Managers, assist the agent network, and take responsibility for selected customers or territories. The position offers development of commercial, analytical and customer management skills in an international business environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Food Technology, Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience in the food industry or sales/technical roles such as laboratory, application or regulatory.
• Sales experience preferred; other selling environments considered.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; effective communication.

Mansioni

• Manage and develop relationships with customers remotely and through field visits.
• Support Senior Account Managers in day-to-day management of key customers.
• Facilitate communication with sales agents and follow up on requests.
• Prepare reports and analyses to support commercial activities.
