Confidential seeks a commercially driven B2B Field Marketing Manager to own the Italian marketing plan end-to-end in Italy, reporting to sales leadership. You will design campaigns, manage partner marketing, events, and content localized for the Italian market to drive pipeline and revenue.

You will collaborate with local sales and international teams, optimise spend, and measure ROI across channels, events, and digital programs in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Marketing or event management certifications are advantageous.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or a similar role.

Mansioni

• Own the Italian marketing strategy and plan: develop and execute the annual marketing plan, aligning activities, budget, and priorities with growth targets.
• Develop and optimise the marketing revenue engine: track performance from engagement to pipeline and revenue impact.
• Customer engagement & lead generation: build relationships and drive lead generation to support sales growth.
• Strengthen brand presence in the Italian market: ensure high-quality brand execution across touchpoints.
• Lead event and industry engagement strategy: prioritise and deliver exhibitions, conferences, and events.
• Manage and influence partner marketing activities: work with distribution partners to drive demand generation.
• Media and industry relations: grow press engagement and relationships with institutions and associations.
• Content localisation: adapt marketing assets for the Italian market and local content updates.
