Joy Project in Torino cerca un Junior Sales Manager/Commercial Project Manager in grado di costruire relazioni solide con agenzie, brand e organizzatori di eventi, sviluppando nuove opportunità di business e mantenendo la continuità durante l’intero ciclo di progetto.

La posizione prevede formazione in sede, mentoring e coinvolgimento in eventi di alto profilo, con opportunità di crescita professionale in un’azienda italiana specializzata in effetti speciali per eventi e brand.

• Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.
• Proattività e voglia di imparare.
• Ottime capacità organizzative e attenzione ai dettagli.
• Buona conoscenza dell'inglese scritto e parlato.
• Disponibilità a viaggiare per incontri ed eventi.
• Disponibilità a supportare le produzioni live nei weekend e fuori orari.

Mansioni

• Supportare lo sviluppo del business e la gestione dei clienti.
• Costruire relazioni con agenzie, brand e organizzatori di eventi.
• Raccogliere i fabbisogni dei clienti e supportare lo sviluppo di proposte di progetto.
• Coordinarsi con i team tecnici e operativi nelle diverse fasi del progetto.
• Supportare il follow-up commerciale e l’organizzazione del progetto.
• Partecipare a riunioni, ispezioni in loco e eventi dal vivo.

Joy Project is hiring: Junior Sales Manager / Commercial Project Manager

Joy Project is an Italian company specialized in custom special effects for events, shows and major brands, operating in an international context.

Next year, we will celebrate 30 years of activity.

We don't sell catalog products: we design tailor-made experiences.

We are looking for a Junior sales professional / commercial project manager able to build strong relationships and develop new business opportunities, while ensuring continuity throughout the project lifecycle.

Main responsibilities

• Support business development and client management activities
• Build relationships with agencies, brands, and event organizers
• Gather client needs and support the development of project proposals
• Coordinate with technical and operational teams throughout the different project phases
• Support commercial follow-up and project organization
• Participate in meetings, site inspections, and live events

Requirements

• Interest in events, entertainment, or live productions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
• Availability to travel for meetings and events
• Availability to support live productions during weekends and outside standard office hours when required
