SYSTRA is seeking a Structural Engineer in Italy to lead the structural design and analysis of diverse building types, ensuring sustainability and compliance with international standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with at least 2 years of experience, strong English (B2) and Italian preferred; familiarity with FEA tools is a plus.

Context

We are looking for a Structural Engineer to lead complex engineering projects. You will be responsible for the structural design and analysis of diverse building types, sustainability, and compliance with international standards.

Missions/Main Duties

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Master’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.

• Experience: 2+ years in structural design and analysis.

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in:

  • Steel, reinforced concrete, and precast concrete structures.

  • Prestressed and post-tensioned concrete.

  • Composite steel and concrete structures.

• Standards: In-depth knowledge of design codes and international standards for structural analysis.

• Tools: High proficiency in modern structural design and FEA software.

• Languages: Strong written and spoken English (B2 minimum). Proficiency in Italian is highly preferred.

• Leadership: Proven track record in managing project teams and client relations.
