SYSTRA is seeking a Proposal Manager in Rome to coordinate and finalize technical and economic proposals for public and private tenders.

Reporting to Tender Department Manager, you will manage the proposal lifecycle, collaborate with project managers and external partners, and prepare the economic offer. The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, engineering or architecture background, and strong Italian and English language skills.

Competenze

• Engineering or Architecture degree.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience as a Proposal/Bid Specialist/Manager or Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Public Procurement Code and MEAT evaluation criteria.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent drafting skills in Italian and good English for international tenders.

Mansioni

• Bid management & coordination across the entire proposal lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and internal/external partners for inputs.
• Draft and assemble methodological reports and management plans.
• Support cost analysis and preparation of the economic offer.
