P3 Logistic Parks is seeking a Junior Property Accountant to join our Finance Team in Italy. You will manage day-to-day accounting for the Italian property portfolio, including supplier invoices, reconciliations, and tenant billing.

You will help with closing, budgeting, VAT compliance and audits in an international environment. The role requires a Master’s in economics, at least 2 years in property accounting, and strong Excel/ERP skills (Yardi).

Competenze

• Master’s degree in economics.
• Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in property accounting, including excellent knowledge of Italian GAAP.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably Yardi).
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Hands-on, proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Record and review supplier invoices, ensuring correct accounting allocation and supporting documentation.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Reconcile bank accounts, tenant ledgers, supplier accounts and intercompany balances.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes.
• Support the preparation and monitoring of tenant billing, service charges and other property-related recoveries.
• Collaborate with property managers to verify rental income and operating expenses.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasts and budget-versus-actual analyses.
• Assist with VAT compliance and other recurring tax and statutory accounting requirements.
