Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Milan is seeking a Finance professional to manage financial and lease-related activities for a client portfolio. You will support Asset Managers with client reporting and perform performance analysis to inform decisions.

In this role you will coordinate with Leasing, Technical, and legal teams, contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and a performance-based rewards package within a structured finance team.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in Real Estate or Property Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar.
• English and Italian proficiency.
• Strong accounting fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lease management of contracts and branch rentals across Retail, Offices, and Logistics.
• Ensure tenant compliance with lease terms, regulations, and local laws; coordinate with Leasing, Technical, and external parties.
• Handle delinquency, debt collection, and liaise with legal advisors.
• Prepare reporting packages and support Asset Managers with client reporting; analyze asset and retail performance.
• Manage full accounts receivable process; support collections and ensure timely tenant payments; coordinate tax and statutory payments related to leases.
• Manage full accounts payable process; contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities.
