EssilorLuxottica in Italy is seeking a motivated intern to join our Innovation Meeting Team. The role supports development, coordination and presentation of innovation projects for licensed brands, connecting Brand Teams, R&D and Design to turn technical ideas into clear proposals.

The intern will work across frames, lenses, packaging and other product areas, handling project management tasks while helping evolve cross-functional ways of working. Fluent English required; Italian is a plus.

Competenze

• Degree or ongoing studies in Management Engineering, Business Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Strong project management mindset with methodical planning and monitoring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Strong presentation skills; translate complex information into brand-oriented proposals.
• Good organizational skills to manage meetings, deadlines and multiple projects.
• Fluency in English; Italian knowledge is a plus.

Your role

We are looking for a motivated and talented intern to join our Innovation Meeting Team.

The role will support the development, coordination, and presentation of innovation projects dedicated to our licensed brands. Acting as a connection point between Brand Teams, Research & Development, and Design, the intern will contribute to transforming technical innovations into structured proposals that respond to each brand’s identity and business needs.

The intern will work on a wide range of projects involving frames, lenses, packaging, and other product‑related innovation areas, supporting both project management activities and the evolution of new cross‑functional ways of working.

Main Requirements

Degree or ongoing studies in Management Engineering, Business Management, Project Management, or a related field.

Strong project management mindset, with a methodical and structured approach to planning, organizing, and monitoring different activities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with different stakeholders, functions, and brand representatives.

Strong presentation skills and good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling, and brand-oriented proposals.

Good organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage meetings, deadlines, follow‑up activities, and multiple projects simultaneously.

Flexibility and adaptability to work on projects that may differ significantly in terms of scope, product category, stakeholders, and level of complexity.

Diplomatic and collaborative approach, with the ability to balance different perspectives and facilitate alignment between Brand Teams, R&D, and Design.

Curiosity and a genuine interest in innovation, technology, product development, design, and the eyewear and fashion industries.

Proactive attitude, results orientation, attention to detail, and willingness to contribute to the transformation of processes and ways of working.

Fluent English is required; knowledge of Italian and previous academic or professional exposure to innovation management, product development, or project management would be considered a plus.
