MetaSensing BV in Italy seeks a Project Manager to plan and monitor project progress (deadlines, milestones, deliverables), organize technical documentation, and participate in meetings with multidisciplinary teams.

The candidate holds an Engineering degree (Management or Telecommunications or related), 2–4 years’ PM experience, and preferably PRINCE2 or CAPM certification; R&D exposure in telecom or space is a plus. Full-time, 40 hours/week in Milano.

Job Description and Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• planning and monitoring project progress (deadlines, milestones and deliverables);
• checking the progress of activities;
• organizing technical documentation;
• reviewing and controlling documents;
• participating in meetings;
• managing and monitoring issues and criticalities.

Education and Experience

• Degree in Engineering (Management Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or related fields);
• 2–4 years of professional experience, preferably in Project Management or similar roles;
• PRINCE2 or CAPM certification is recommended;
• experience in R&D environments, preferably in the Telecommunications or Space sectors;
• good planning, organizational and project coordination skills;
• excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.

Eligibility Requirements and Contract Conditions

• The candidate must be authorized to work in Italy.
• Contract type: Full-time (40 hours per week).
• Salary: €30,000–€40,000 gross annual salary, to be determined based on the candidate’s experience and skills.
