MetaSensing is seeking a Corporate Communications Specialist to lead internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with the company’s identity and strategic priorities. You will manage digital channels, content creation, and media relations to showcase achievements and innovations.

You will work with Marketing and Sales to ensure clear internal communications and coordinate across departments to highlight results and initiatives.

In just a few years, MetaSensing has acquired numerous successful airborne radar campaigns completed at the Ka, Ku, X, C, S, L and P frequency bands, and developed drone and space-based radar systems for different applications.

Role Description

We are looking for a Corporate Communications Specialist who will be responsible for managing and coordinating MetaSensing’s internal and external communications, ensuring consistent, effective, and ongoing communication aligned with the company’s identity and strategic priorities.

The role will focus on strengthening the company’s visibility, positioning, and reputation through the management of digital channels, content creation, media relations, and the coordination of key communication initiatives.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to showcase MetaSensing’s achievements, technological innovations, products, and key activities, while also ensuring a clear and structured flow of internal communications.

Position Overview and Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and coordinating corporate communication activities, working closely with different departments to ensure the effective dissemination of information and enhance the visibility of MetaSensing’s activities.

The main responsibilities will be organized into the following areas.

External Communications and Digital Channels

• Manage and develop corporate communications across digital channels, with a particular focus on MetaSensing’s LinkedIn profile and website.
• Develop, write, and regularly publish news, articles, corporate updates, and content related to the company’s products, projects, and key activities.
• Plan and maintain an editorial and communications calendar aligned with company priorities, product developments, programming milestones, events, and key announcements.
• Ensure consistency in messaging, tone of voice, and corporate identity across all communication channels.
• Monitor the performance of published content and identify opportunities to improve the visibility and effectiveness of digital communications.

Internal and Corporate Communications

• Manage and coordinate internal communications, facilitating the sharing of information among management, departments, and the company’s different locations.
• Draft and distribute internal communications regarding company initiatives, achievements, project milestones, events, and organizational updates.
• Support management in preparing and disseminating corporate communications addressed to employees.
• Collaborate with the heads of the various divisions to gather information and highlight results, activities, and initiatives of company-wide interest.
• Contribute to structuring and improving internal communication processes, ensuring that information is shared clearly, promptly, and consistently.

3.3 Content creation and Product Communication

• Write and edit corporate news, press releases, product announcements, corporate updates, articles, interviews, and other communication materials.
• Collaborate with Technical, Marketing, Sales, and Business Development teams to turn technical information and project results into clear, accurate, and accessible content for different audiences.
• Support the definition and execution of communication plans for new product launches, partnership announcements, and key company milestones.
• Contribute to the development of communication materials, visual content, and corporate presentations, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers when needed.
• Ensure that technical and commercial content is consistent with MetaSensing’s positioning and brand identity.

Media Relations and Public Relations

• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, magazines, trade publications, newspapers, and media outlets operating in the aerospace, space, defense, and technology sectors.
• Identify national and international media visibility opportunities, proposing content and initiatives that showcase MetaSensing’s expertise, technologies, and achievements.
• Prepare and distribute press releases and informational materials for media outlets.
• Coordinate interviews, press inquiries, and communication opportunities involving the company’s management and technical experts.
• Monitor media coverage and publications, collecting and analyzing key results and insights from PR activities.

Corporate events and Initiatives communication

• Support communication activities related to MetaSensing’s participation in national and international trade shows, conferences, and events.
• Plan and create content and communication activities before, during, and after events, in coordination with the Marketing and Sales teams.
• Collaborate on the promotion of corporate initiatives, partnerships, institutional visits, and other events relevant to the company.
• Collect and leverage content produced during events, ensuring its distribution across the company’s communication channels

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in corporate communications, Public Relations, content marketing, journalism, or similar roles.
• Experience managing both internal and external corporate communications.
• Experience managing LinkedIn, corporate websites, press releases, and media relations.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Professional Skills

• Excellent writing, editing, and content adaptation skills across different channels and target audiences.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technological topics, turning them into clear and effective messages.
• Experience in editorial planning and communication campaign management.
• Knowledge of key digital communication, content management, and performance monitoring tools.

• Familiarity with tools for producing visual content, presentations, and graphic materials.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the aerospace, space, defense, engineering, or other B2B technology sectors.
• An established network of contacts with journalists and media outlets specializing in aerospace, aviation, technology, or business.
• Experience supporting product launches and integrated communication campaigns.
• Experience managing communications in international corporate environments.

Eligibility Requirements and Employment Conditions

The candidate must be authorized to work in Italy.

Contract type: Full-time (40 hours per week).
Salary range: €35,000–€40,000 gross per year, to be determined based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
