Visa Cash App Racing Bulls in Italy seeks a Junior Production Project Manager to support technical management of F1 car parts production. You will help ensure technical solutions meet quality and planning constraints, writing procedures and ERP routing, and creating technical reports for management.

You will work with Design Office, Quality, PMO, Car Eng., and production teams to optimize lead times, improve quality, and deliver projects on track and on time.

Competenze

• Master or bachelor degree in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Previous motorsport industry experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of carbon prepreg processes.
• Fluency in English; Italian language preferred.
• Proactive, with excellent communication and time management skills.
• Strong project management capability and attention to detail.

We are currently looking for a brilliant Junior Production Project Manager. The role is responsible for supporting Production Project Managers in the technical management and coordination of F1 car parts production. They ensure that technical solutions and processes agreed with all stakeholders meet technical, quality requirements and planning constraints.

Production and Technical Support

Provide support to Production Project Managers in all technical aspects of the main car projects.

Provide support to Production Project Managers in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including both technical procedures and ERP routing.

Create technical reports and elevate to management, as needed.

Investigate new processes and technologies cooperating with technical departments.

Technical Leadership & Delivery

Oversee and take full ownership of all technical and manufacturing aspects of simple car projects assigned (including Non Conformities or Faults raised during track events).

Work with Design Office to identify and agree the best technical solutions (in terms of manufacturing feasibility).

Work with all stakeholders (i.e. Design Office, Quality, PMO, Car Eng., etc.) to identify and develop the best solutions in terms of feasibility, production processes, planning and final product quality.

Work with Production Departments to provide daily assistance, optimize lead time and improve quality.

Work with Production Planning Department to optimize lead times.

In line with pay transparency regulations (Legislative Decree 96/2026), the minimum fixed salary for this role is the contractual minimum set by the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Metalworking Industry (Federmeccanica/Assistal) for classification level C3. We specify that the above mentioned level is a minimum threshold and does not correspond to the overall compensation package, which is determined by objective, measurable and gender-neutral criteria, being higher than the contractual minimum indicated.

Experience

• Master/bachelor degree in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering(or equivalent).
• Preferredpreviuousexperience in an equivalent role in motorsport industry.
• Strong, broad understanding of carbon prepreg processes.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written), fluency in Italian is preferred.
• Strong knowledge ofMicrosoft Office tools.
