Visa Cash App Racing Bulls F1 Team in Italy seeks a Senior Production Project Manager to lead the technical management and coordination of F1 car parts production. You will ensure that technical solutions and processes meet technical, quality requirements and planning constraints, and define the best feasible technical solutions with documentation for production.

Experience in motorsport and carbon prepregs, fluency in English (Italian is a plus) are required.

Competenze

• Master or Bachelor degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in a similar production PM role in motorsport preferred.
• Fluent English; Italian language skills are a plus.

• Oversee and manage all technical aspects of projects, including non-conformities during events.
• Collaborate with Design Office to identify manufacturability solutions.
• Coordinate with Production Planning to set deadlines and optimize lead times.
• Work with stakeholders to define feasible production processes and ensure quality.

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Production Project Manager. The role is responsible for the technical management and coordination of F1 car parts production. They ensure that technical solutions and processes agreed with all stakeholders meet technical, quality requirements and planning constraints. Additionally, they are in overall charge of defining the best feasible technical solutions and providing documentation and support to production departments.

Production Project Management

• Oversee and manage all technical aspects of the projects, including Non Conformities or Faults raised during track events.
• Work with Design Office to identify and agree the best technical solutions (in terms of manufacturing feasibility).
• Work with Production Planning Department to set deadlines and targets and to optimize lead times.
• Work with all stakeholders (i.e. Design Office, Quality, PMO, Car Eng., ecc.) to identify and develop the best solutions in terms of feasibility, production processes, planning and final product quality.
• Work with Production Departments stakeholders (Head of, Team Leaders, Group Leaders) to optimize lead time and improve quality.
• Collaborate with Head of Production Engineering in mentoring Production Project Managers.
• Provide support to Production Project Managers in all technical aspects.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including both technical procedures and ERP routing.
• Create technical reports and elevate to management, as needed.
• Investigate new processes and technologies cooperating with technical departments.

Experience

• Master/bachelor degree in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Extensive experience in an equivalent role in motorsport industry (F1 experience preferred).
• Strong, broad understanding of carbon prepreg processes.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written), fluency in Italian is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Proactivity, Innovation, and excellent communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines and handle changing priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong project management skills.
