Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Product Specialist in Piemonte to help define and evolve our vehicle portfolio. You will work at the crossroads of Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales and Finance to translate customer insights into compelling product attributes and launches.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering, economics, business or equivalent
• 0–3 years of professional experience in product, marketing or commercial roles
• Automotive sector exposure is a plus
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking
• Good project management and organizational capabilities
• Ability to collaborate within cross-functional and international teams
• Customer-centric mindset and curiosity toward products and markets
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Job Overview

We are looking for a Product Specialist to contribute to the definition and evolution of our vehicle portfolio, working at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales and Finance.

This is an opportunity for an early-career professional who is passionate about automotive products and wants to develop a broad understanding of how a vehicle evolves from customer needs and initial concept to market launch and lifecycle management.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze the competitive landscape, market trends and customer expectations for assigned vehicle segments.
• Support the translation of customer insights and brand objectives into product attributes, features and content.
• Contribute to the preparation of product briefs and product proposals during the concept phase.
• Manage and maintain the Product Grid / Product Referential, ensuring consistency and accuracy across markets.
• Support product definition throughout the full lifecycle, from concept and development to launch and mid-cycle updates.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Finance and Sales to ensure alignment between the product proposal and its final execution.
• Collaborate with regional and market Product teams in different geographies to align product plans and priorities.
• Support commercial and technical teams during product launches.
• Contribute to product evolutions and changes throughout the lifecycle to maintain market relevance and competitiveness

Your Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

• Master's in Engineering, Economics, Business or equivalent;
• 0–3 years of professional experience, ideally in Product, Marketing or Commercial activities.
• Previous exposure to the automotive sector or a complex industrial environment is considered a plus.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
• Good project management and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional and international teams.
• Customer-centric mindset and genuine curiosity toward products, markets and innovation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluent English and Italian are mandatory

Our Offer

• Salary range: from 36400 € to 40000 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
• Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
