Peugeot Sport (Stellantis Motorsport) is seeking a Eurorepar Product Developer to shape the Eurorepar product portfolio for the Independent Aftermarket, from idea to market launch.

You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Purchasing and Sales to deliver competitive automotive aftermarket products and manage their lifecycle.

The role requires 3–5 years in product development, solid knowledge of automotive components, and fluent English and Italian.

• 3–5 years of experience in product development or automotive aftermarket activities.
• Solid knowledge of automotive components and independence of aftermarket operations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Ability to manage projects end-to-end and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in market, pricing and product data.
• Structured and proactive mindset with ownership to drive projects forward.
• Fluent English and fluent Italian; French is a plus.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Eurorepar Product Developer, you will play a key role in shaping and growing the Eurorepar product portfolio for the Independent Aftermarket.

You will work at the intersection of product, market, and suppliers, ensuring that new products meet customer needs, technical standards, and business targets — from initial idea to market launch and beyond.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building products, working cross functionally, and turning market insights into concrete solutions.

YOUR MISSION

• Develop and launch competitive automotive aftermarket products that strengthen the Eurorepar brand.
• Manage products throughout their entire lifecycle, from concept to phase out.
• Act as a central point of coordination between internal teams and external suppliers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead product development end to end: from opportunity identification and product definition to validation and market launch.
• Manage the product lifecycle, identifying portfolio gaps, new product extensions, improvements, and phase outs.
• Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, and Sales to ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate suppliers on technical specifications, testing, compliance, and quality approvals.
• Analyze market trends, vehicle population, pricing benchmarks, and competitor offerings to support product decisions.
• Build and validate business cases to ensure products are competitive and profitable.
• Monitor product performance after launch and propose corrective actions when needed.
• Contribute to the consistency and attractiveness of the Eurorepar value proposition across the portfolio.

WHO YOU ARE

• 3–5 years of experience in product development, category management, or automotive aftermarket activities.
• Solid knowledge of automotive components and a good understanding of how the independent aftermarket works.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Ability to manage projects end-to-end and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, even without direct reporting lines.
• Strong analytical skills, with confidence in using Excel and working with market, pricing and product data.
• Structured and proactive mindset, with the ability to prioritize, take ownership and drive projects forward in a dynamic environment.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluent English and fluent Italian; French is considered a plus.

• Salary range: from 38.000€ to 45.000€, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
• Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third) professional area.
