Vaultica in Milan is seeking a Junior Procurement Specialist to join our fast-growing team. You will support day-to-day purchase-to-pay activities and help track costs for projects.

The role reports to the Procurement Manager and requires a bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years’ experience. Prior NetSuite knowledge is a plus, and you will collaborate with procurement and finance to ensure accurate processing of PO, receipts, and invoices.

Competenze

• At least a bachelor’s degree in economics, management, engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in procurement or a related area.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, in English and another EMA language.
• Proactive mindset with attention to documentation, process gaps, and issues.
• Solid Excel skills and general IT/MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support the creation and maintenance of purchase orders in NetSuite and verify items, pricing, quantities and budget/cost-center.
• Assist in tracking payment applications, material deliveries and change orders on projects.
• Maintain vendor master data in NetSuite and ensure accuracy of profiles.
• Coordinate proof of delivery, pick tickets and resolve PO/receipt/invoice discrepancies.
• Process goods receipts against POs and confirm deliveries with site owners and budget owners.
• Support procurement projects by gathering data, preparing reports and monitoring deadlines.
• Act as point of contact for routine procurement matters when the Procurement Manager is unavailable.

AbouttheRole

Responsibilities

Qualifications
