Allianz Italia in Milan seeks a professional to develop and execute the Personal Accident risk strategy for the Italian market, reporting to the Casualty Team. You will work with the Group and support local plans to achieve Mid Corporate targets, and act as contact for agents and brokers.

You will steer the local portfolio with the Head of Personal Accident, liaise with functions to review underwriting performance, collaborate with Sales and Claims to drive cross‑selling, ensure underwriting

Competenze

• Master's degree in Economics.
• 1–2 years of proven experience in underwriting profitable Personal Accident business for Corporate Clients.
• Expertise in risk assessment and a firm understanding of policy administration life cycle.
• Sound knowledge of pricing, together with strong market analysis skills.
• Ideally experience in designing, developing, and implementing consistent and robust wordings.
• Ideally experience in driving underwriting projects.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication.
• Ability to work in an international organization.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Data analytics experience with Office 365 and collaboration tools.

Mansioni

• Steer and control the portfolio at local level in conjunction with the Head of Personal Accident to drive the achievement of financial targets.
• Proactively liaise with functional areas to review performance of end-to-end underwriting life cycle.
• Work closely with Sales departments, Claims and other product lines to achieve key marketing strategies, including cross-selling.
• Ensure underwriting consistency and underwriting discipline and adherence to all corporate guidelines and authority levels, including Rules and Principles, Underwriting Authorities, corporate governance rules and local regulatory framework.
• Proactively support the development and implementation of new and/or modified products.
• Support the acquisition of new business and retention of existing business (including agent and broker negotiations).
• Communicate local business strategy externally.
