Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law, Supply Chain or related field.
• Fluent Italian and English are required.
• 0-3 years of experience in commercial operations, sales support, order processing, finance, consulting or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation and review of sales contracts, quotations and commercial documentation for Italian customers.
• Execute internal contract and order processes using Salesforce, SAP, OA and other internal systems.
• Check commercial accuracy including pricing, configuration, payment terms and contractual milestones.
• Prepare Proforma Invoices and coordinate payment follow-up with Finance and Sales.
• Support tender documentation and other commercial documentation when required.
• Monitor contract execution and customer payment milestones.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Project Management, Logistics and Headquarters teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data in internal systems.
• Support the development and improvement of local operational processes as United Imaging expands its direct business in Italy.
• Perform other operational duties as required.

As United Imaging continues to expand its direct business operations in Italy, we are looking for a highly motivated junior professional to join our European Operations team.

The Role

As a Junior Order Processing Specialist, you will support the commercial and operational execution of United Imaging's direct business in Italy.

You will work at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Legal, Order Management, Project Management and Headquarters teams, supporting the process from contract preparation through order placement, payment follow-up and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support preparation and review of sales contracts, quotations and commercial documentation for Italian customers.
• Execute internal contract and order processes using Salesforce, SAP, OA and other internal systems.
• Check commercial accuracy including pricing, configuration, payment terms and contractual milestones.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Fluent Italian and English are required.
• Chinese/Mandarin is a strong advantage.
• 0-3 years of experience in commercial operations, sales support, order processing, finance, consulting or related areas.
• Some prior business or corporate working experience is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented, structured and comfortable working with numbers and documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to learn new processes quickly and take ownership early.
• Comfortable working across European and Chinese teams.
