Alpitronic Americas LLC located in Rencio, Trentino-Alto Adige is seeking a Data Analyst to design and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports for the Sales department. In this role, you will integrate data from various sources and ensure data quality across all reporting structures.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Data Analytics or a related field, strong experience in BI reporting, and proficiency in SQL and visualization tools like Power BI. The position offers an innovative work environment and a competitive salary range of €38,000 - €56,000 including benefits.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain BI-based dashboards and reports for the Sales department to support performance monitoring and decision-making


• Integrate data from various internal and external sources into a consistent and reliable reporting environment


• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across reports, dashboards, and underlying data structures


• Maintain and continuously improve the reporting structure, including KPI logic, visualization standards, and reporting efficiency


• Develop new reports and analyses in close alignment with the Manager Business Analysis and collaborate with relevant stakeholders across departments

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or similar


• Previous experience in BI reporting, business analysis or data analytics, ideally in a commercial or cross‑functional business environment


• Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence, reporting concepts, and data modelling; proficiency in visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)


• Good understanding of SQL and structured data analysis, with solid understanding of KPI frameworks and reporting methodologies for commercial functions


• Experience with integrating and consolidating data from multiple systems and stakeholders


• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with the ability to structure complex topics into clear reporting solutions


• Accuracy and reliability, with strong attention to detail and data quality


• Fluent in English, German and/or Italian is an advantage

The compensation range provided is based on the current scope and location of the role. Should the position's responsibilities, seniority level, or location differ during the recruitment process, the applicable compensation range may be adjusted accordingly, in line with local market conditions and internal compensation frameworks.
