GVS - Filter Technology is seeking a Junior Global Key Account Manager based at the Bologna area HQ in Zola Predosa, Italy. You will join a team dedicated to developing and managing relationships with key customers in Energy & Mobility filtration, driving growth through partnerships and innovative solutions.

You will coordinate with Engineering and Product Development teams worldwide, prepare quotations, and support negotiations while traveling internationally up to 30% of the time.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business or related field.
• Sales/account management experience in Automotive Tier 1/OEM is a plus but not mandatory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel internationally (~30%).

Mansioni

• Manage and develop an existing portfolio of customers in Energy & Mobility filtration.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned area and segments.
• Conduct market analysis and business intelligence on mobility trends.
• Strengthen relationships with customers and develop new accounts with standard or customized filtration solutions.
• Prepare quotations, share technical and commercial info, and support contract negotiations.
• Coordinate communications between customers and internal departments to ensure project alignment.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Development teams worldwide to monitor progress and costs.
• Act as liaison between customers and Quality Department for claims and inquiries.
• Identify new applications and market opportunities for GVS technologies.
