TeamSystem Spa is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join the FP&A team in Milan. You will prepare and model datasets, create dashboards for data visualization, and ensure data accuracy for monthly updates.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Controllers and fast-paced environments while offering hybrid work arrangements and ongoing learning opportunities. Ideal candidates have FP&A or consulting exposure, advanced Excel skills, and a degree in economics, engineering, or computer science.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in consulting or in Controlling and FP&A.
• Advanced Excel skills for modeling and automation.
• A degree in economics, engineering, or computer science, with a quantitative approach.
• Strong deadlines discipline and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and model datasets, and create reports/dashboards for data visualization.
• Ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
• Manage scenarios and perform monthly updates of actuals.
• Review reports produced on a monthly basis.
• Develop knowledge of data sources and build reporting with Controllers.
