CROSS SOLUTIONS seeks a Technical Team Leader to guide a software development team, translate requirements into robust code, and shape the architectural direction for scalable systems. You will drive efficient engineering practices and modernize the tech stack in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, architectural oversight, and hands-on development with .NET/C#, Docker, and Kubernetes, in a hybrid Naples/Catania setup.

Formación

• 5+ years of software development in .NET ecosystems and leadership experience.
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices including Git and CI/CD.
• Experience designing microservices-based architectures and scalable enterprise apps.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and data modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership to the development team and set priorities.
• Own key technical and architectural decisions for scalable solutions.
• Define and evolve application architectures using microservices.
• Promote coding standards, reviews, and best practices.
• Evaluate new technologies and drive adoption to support product growth.
• Lead modernization toward cloud-native, containerized architectures.
