Sephora is seeking a Finance Controlling professional in Italy to support all departments and participate in closing, forecasting, and reporting to HQ. The role includes monthly analyses and board dashboards, with a focus on spreading the finance culture within the organization.

The ideal candidate holds a Finance/Accounting degree and has 3-5 years of controlling/FP&A experience, strong financial reporting skills, and excellent communication.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in controlling, financial planning & analysis.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Retail experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Contribute actively to support all departments.
• Analyze the main performances of promotions during the year.
• Direct participation in the closing and forecasting processes.
• Manage the reporting to HQ.
• Post monthly closing analyses for different departments, including comments and alerts if necessary, regarding the deviations versus planned.
• Assist in Monthly Dashboard preparation for the Board of Directors.
• contribute to spreading the finance culture within the organization.
