Marionnaud Group is seeking a Finance – Planning & Control (FP&A) intern to support business decisions and monitor store performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will analyze financial and operational performance, assist with monthly closings, prepare management reports, and collaborate with Finance, Retail, and Operations teams. Fluent English and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills are expected.

Competenze

• Graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Management or related fields.
• Strong Excel skills and good knowledge of PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance of stores and the retail network.
• Support monthly closing and reporting activities, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Consolidate data from multiple systems to produce meaningful business insights.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast) and identify key business drivers.
• Act as business partner with Finance, Retail, and Operations teams to support performance improvement actions.
