Job summary

SimCorp is seeking motivated professionals to join our team to support and implement our software for clients. You will work on helping users, gathering requirements, and contributing to product development in a collaborative, ambitious environment.

The role emphasizes English and Italian language proficiency, analytical skills, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced advisory work in a hybrid setup. Training and international exposure are available.

Qualifications

A degree in Economics/Finance is required.
Proficiency in English and Italian is essential.
Strong analytical skills are required in time-sensitive settings.

Responsibilities

Help Desk and User Support: be the go-to person for SimCorp Sofia users and solve queries.
Product Development Support: gather requirements, create specs, and document features.
Shadowing and Learning: work with experienced consultants learning analysis and testing.
Client Support for Extraordinary Events: assist clients during mergers, acquisitions, or restructurings.
Product Enhancement: propose software enhancements based on user feedback.
