Visa Cash App Racing Bulls F1 Team in Italy invites a Junior Production Project Manager to support technical management of F1 car parts production. You will assist Production Project Managers with documentation, procedures, ERP routing, and reporting.

You will work with Design Office, Quality, PMO, Car Eng. and production teams to optimize lead times and ensure manufacturing feasibility and quality. Fluency in English is required; Italian is a plus.

Competenze

• Master/Bachelor degree in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); Italian is preferred.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Proactivity, innovation and excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

Mansioni

• Support Production Project Managers in technical aspects of main car projects.
• Create and maintain documentation including technical procedures and ERP routing.
• Produce technical reports and escalate to management as needed.
• Investigate new processes and technologies with technical departments.
• Oversee technical and manufacturing aspects of simple car projects and coordinate with Design Office, Quality and PMO.
• Collaborate with Production Planning to optimize lead times and quality.
