Visa Cash App Racing Bulls F1 Team in Italy invites a Junior Production Project Manager to support technical management of F1 car parts production. You will assist Production Project Managers with documentation, procedures, ERP routing, and reporting.

You will work with Design Office, Quality, PMO, Car Eng. and production teams to optimize lead times and ensure manufacturing feasibility and quality. Fluency in English is required; Italian is a plus.

• Master/Bachelor degree in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); Italian is preferred.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Proactivity, innovation and excellent communication skills.

We are currently looking for a brilliant Junior Production Project Manager. The role is responsible for supporting Production Project Managers in the technical management and coordination of F1 car parts production. They ensure that technical solutions and processes agreed with all stakeholders meet technical, quality requirements and planning constraints.

Job Description

Production and Technical Support

Provide support to Production Project Managers in all technical aspects of the main car projects.

Provide support to Production Project Managers in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including both technical procedures and ERP routing.

Create technical reports and escape to management, as needed.

Investigate new processes and technologies cooperating with technical departments.

Technical Leadership & Delivery

Oversee and take full ownership of all technical and manufacturing aspects of simple car projects assigned (including Non Conformities or Faults raised during track events).

Work with Design Office to identify and agree the best technical solutions (in terms of manufacturing feasibility).

Work with all stakeholders (i.e. Design Office, Quality, PMO, Car Eng., etc.) to identify and develop the best solutions in terms of feasibility, production processes, planning and final product quality.

Work with Production Departments to provide daily assistance, optimize lead time and improve quality.

Work with Production Planning Department to optimize lead times.

Collaboration, Teamwork & Culture

In line with pay transparency regulations (Legislative Decree 96/2026), the minimum fixed salary for this role is the contractual minimum set by the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Metalworking Industry (Federmeccanica/Assistal) for classification level C3. We specify that the above mentioned level is a minimum threshold and does not correspond to the overall compensation package, which is determined by objective, measurable and gender-neutral criteria, being higher than the contractual minimum indicated.

Qualifications

Master/bachelor degree in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering(or equivalent).

Preferredpreviuousexperience in an equivalent role in motorsport industry.

Strong, broad understanding of carbon prepreg processes.

Fluency in English (spoken and written), fluency in Italian is preferred.

Strong knowledge ofMicrosoft Office tools.
