Visa Cash App Racing Bulls in Italy seeks a Junior Production Project Manager to support technical management of F1 car parts production. You will help ensure technical solutions meet quality and planning constraints, writing procedures and ERP routing, and creating technical reports for management.

You will work with Design Office, Quality, PMO, Car Eng., and production teams to optimize lead times, improve quality, and deliver projects on track and on time.

Competenze

• Master or bachelor degree in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Previous motorsport industry experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of carbon prepreg processes.
• Fluency in English; Italian language preferred.
• Proactive, with excellent communication and time management skills.
• Strong project management capability and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Support Production Project Managers in technical management of car parts production.
• Create and maintain documentation, including procedures and ERP routing.
• Produce technical reports and escalate to management as needed.
• Collaborate with Design Office and other stakeholders to determine feasible solutions.
• Provide daily production support to optimize lead times and quality.
• Promote a proactive, collaborative team culture.
