Siemens Mobility in Milan is seeking a Junior Technical Support Specialist to join the Electrification and Automation area. You will act as the main entry point for customer support and ensure the process runs smoothly while collaborating with product experts and engineering.

The role requires a technical background in electrical engineering and a customer-centric mindset, with Italian and English proficiency. We offer a hybrid working model and a focus on growth within a global tech leader.

Competenze

• Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering or Automation Engineering.
• 2–5 years in technical support, application engineering, commissioning, field service, or similar technical role in electrical sector.
• Knowledge of power distribution systems and electrical protections.
• Proactive, customer-centric approach with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Act as main entry point for customer support in the Electrification and Automation area in Milan.
• Provide first-level technical support for protection relays and energy automation products.
• Collaborate with product experts and engineering to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
• Contribute to building a structured knowledge base and improve troubleshooting processes.
