Giorgio Armani S.p.A. is seeking a Compliance and Privacy Junior Specialist to join the Legal Department, supporting the Head of Compliance and the Group DPO.

The role focuses on implementing and improving compliance and privacy frameworks, including the Organisational, Management and Control Model under Legislative Decree 231/2001 and data protection requirements. A Master’s degree in Law or related field and 1–2 years of relevant experience are required, with excellent written and spoken

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Law, Economics or related disciplines; for non-law backgrounds, a postgraduate qualification or certification in compliance or data protection is required
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in compliance and data protection
• Knowledge of Legislative Decree 231/2001 and main compliance frameworks (anti-corruption, whistleblowing, international sanctions)
• Knowledge of GDPR and Italian data protection laws; familiarity with EU AI Act
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and practical knowledge of AI tools to support daily activities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confidentiality and integrity

Mansioni

• Draft, review, and update compliance and privacy policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Support update and implementation of the Organisational, Management and Control Model (Legislative Decree 231/2001)
• Carry out compliance due diligence on third parties, including sanctions screening
• Review contracts from a compliance and data protection perspective
• Document data processing activities and maintain Records of Processing Activities, Data Breaches, AI Register
• Manage data subject requests and data breaches within legal deadlines
• Collaborate with departments to implement compliance and privacy requirements
• Organize and deliver internal compliance and privacy training
