Giorgio Armani in Milano is seeking a Compliance and Privacy Junior Specialist to join the Legal Department. You will help implement and improve the company’s compliance and privacy frameworks, focusing on the Organisational, Management and Control Model (D.L. 231/2001) and data protection.

You will draft policies, perform due diligence, manage data processing records, and train staff, collaborating with key business units to ensure regulatory adherence.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Law, Economics or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant compliance and data protection experience.
• Knowledge of GDPR and Legislative Decree 231/2001.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Mansioni

• Draft, review, and update compliance and privacy policies.
• Support the Organisational, Model 231/2001 updates and OV mapping.
• Carry out due diligence on third parties and sanctions screening.
• Review contracts for compliance and data protection perspectives.
• Document data processing activities and manage data breaches.
• Organize and deliver internal compliance and privacy training.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration on compliance requirements.
