TeamSystem is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join the FP&A team in Milan. You will prepare and model datasets, build reports and dashboards for data visualization, ensure data accuracy, and run monthly actuals updates.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in consulting or Controlling/FP&A, advanced Excel skills, and a degree in economics, engineering, or computer science. You should demonstrate strong attention to deadlines, independence, and English proficiency (C1).

Competenze

  • At least 1 year of experience in consulting or in Controlling and FP&A departments, with solid familiarity with financial reporting in structured environments.
  • Advanced Excel skills — able to build models, handle large volumes of data, and automate analytical tasks efficiently.
  • A degree in economics, engineering, or computer science, with a rigorous and quantitative approach to reading numbers.
  • Strong attention to deadlines and ability to work independently on assigned tasks, even when priorities shift.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, drive, excellent analytical ability, attention to deadlines and autonomy in managing time and assigned tasks; Ability to work in fast-moving environments, genuine interest in the role and in the world of new technologies and Digital Transformation.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (C1 level).

You’ll join as a Junior Data Analyst within the FP&A team

The FP&A team is the function that turns the Group’s financial data into strategic readings for those who make the most important decisions. In particular, you will:

  • Prepare and model datasets, and create reports/dashboards for data visualization;
  • Ensure data accuracy and accessibility;
  • Manage scenarios and perform monthly updates of actuals;
  • Review reports produced on a monthly basis;
  • Develop knowledge of the company’s various data sources and build new reporting useful to the business and central functions, in collaboration with the team’s Controllers.
What skills are we looking for?
