Stellantis, an automotive innovator, seeks a junior propulsion engines quality engineer to support deployment of product Quality standards for engines in development and production.

You will work with global teams, assist in design assessments, monitor quality KPIs, and help drive continuous improvement across propulsion systems and programs.

Competenze

• Master degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Mechatronics or Control Engineering.
• 0-3 years of experience.
• Strong interest in propulsion systems, engines and product quality.
• Basic knowledge of quality tools (problem solving, design reviews, continuous improvement).
• Good analytical mindset and willingness to learn complex technical topics.
• Ability to stay organized, work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills, team spirit and a proactive attitude.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Good knowledge of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Exposure to Six Sigma, Lean, Shainin or similar methodologies (university projects or internships).
• Previous internship or project work in automotive, propulsion, or quality engineering.

Offer

• Salary range: from 37000€ to 40000€, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
• Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL - CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
