Stellantis is seeking a seasoned Quality/Project Manager in Italy (Lazio) to drive quality across the software lifecycle. You will advocate for the customer, partner with engineering to resolve issues, and align suppliers with Stellantis quality expectations in a global environment.

The role demands 10+ years in quality or PM, strong Agile expertise, and fluent Italian and English. The position is based on-site with a competitive salary range and CCSL classification.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Quality or Project Management.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and backlog management.
• Fluent English and Italian (minimum B2).
• Experience with Infotainment, Displays and/or Clusters in an OEM or Tier1.
• Ability to troubleshoot interactions between on-board and off-board systems.

Job Overview

This role sits at the intersection of software development, quality, customer experience, and supplier management, driving quality excellence throughout the entire product lifecycle. You will be a key advocate for the customer, helping engineering teams identify risks early, prioritize critical issues, and continuously improve software quality through data-driven decisions.

Your Responsibilities

Drive Quality Throughout Development

• Define and monitor Software Quality Development indicators across all project phases
• Proactively detect, elevate, and resolve quality risks to protect project milestones and customer satisfaction
• Support engineering teams in achieving quality objectives from development through launch

Represent the Voice of the Customer

• Bring customer expectations and quality requirements into project decision-making
• Assess risks and mitigation plans through SOP and warranty phases
• Ensure customer feedback is translated into concrete improvement actiions

Lead Issue Prioritization & Resolution

• Coordinate structured issue prioritization activities with engineering teams
• Use warranty, validation, survey and defect data to focus efforts on the most critical issues
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions, ensuring effective implementation and closure

Strengthen Supplier & Partner Quality

• Support suppliers and partners in achieving quality convergence targets
• Review RFQ packages with a quality-focused approach, emphasizing robustness, warranty performance and benchmarking
• Ensure alignment with Stellantis quality expectations from the earliest project phases

Promote Continuous Improvement

• Deploy lessons learned from field issues, warranty data and benchmarking activities
• Leverage post-launch performance data to improve future programs
• Track risk mitigation plans and ensure timely execution of corrective actiions

Your Qualification, Skills and Experience

• Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• More than 10 years of experience in Quality or Project Management
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and backlog management tools
• Excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills
• Experience with Infotainment, Displays and/or Clusters in an OEM or Tier 1 environment
• Ability to troubleshoot interactions between on-board and off-board systems
• Strong capability to identify priorities and risks and elevate them appropriately
• Fluent English and Italian (at least B2)
• Comfortable operating in a global environment and reporting to senior management

• Salary range: from 53000 € to 65000 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
• Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area
