Stellantis in Torino, Italy, is seeking a junior engineer for the Propulsion Engines Quality team to improve performance and reliability of engines across global programs.

You will collaborate with experienced engineers, support quality standards deployment, and engage with global teams on propulsion processes and KPIs. A hands-on, fast-paced environment offers growth in propulsion technology and product quality.

Competenze

  • Master degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Mechatronics or Control Engineering.
  • 0-3 years of experience.
  • Strong interest in propulsion systems, engines and product quality.
  • Basic knowledge of quality tools (problem solving, design reviews, continuous improvement).
  • Good communication skills, team spirit and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Good knowledge of English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Exposure to Six Sigma, Lean, Shainin or similar methodologies (university projects or internships).
  • Previous internship or project work in automotive, propulsion, or quality engineering.

  • Reviewing engineering repair and service procedures with guidance from senior engineers.
  • Preparing materials for internal meetings and contributing to project reporting.

Responsabilites

In this junior role, you will support the team in:

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Good knowledge of English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Exposure to Six Sigma, Lean, Shainin or similar methodologies (university projects or internships).
  • Previous internship or project work in automotive, propulsion, or quality engineering.
Offer
  • Salary range: from 37000€ to 40000€, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
  • Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL - CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
