Stellantis, azienda automobilistica leader, cerca un Powertrain Quality Operations Manager per guidare le operazioni di qualità nel dipartimento Powertrain. L'incarico richiede coordinamento tra ingegneria, produzione e acquisti, gestione di KPI e contenzioni.

Si offre contratto a tempo pieno in sede italiana, retribuzione 42.000–49.000 € in base a livello e requisiti, con CCNL Specifico e classificazione area.

Competenze

  • Almeno 5–10 anni di esperienza nel guidare team di qualità multidisciplinari.
  • Conoscenza KPI di qualità: DRR, 0 km PPM, 3MIS Warranty, KPPM, Internal Scrap.
  • Esperienza in problem solving avanzato, RCA, 8D, valutazione del rischio e definizione di piani di contromisure.
  • Esperienza in containment management e gestione lifecycle.
  • Gestione non conformità di processo, prodotto e fornitore.
  • Conoscenza di PPAP, APQP, Control Plan, P-FMEA, D-FMEA, Process Validation, Industrial change management.
  • Capacità diagnostica tecnica e analisi dimensionale.
  • Conoscenza di metrologia e sistemi di misurazione.
  • Conoscenza di SPC, Cpk, capability e strumenti statistici.
  • Interpretazione dati da laboratori di metrologia, taratura, materiali e test.
  • Coordinamento interfunzionale con Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Supply Chain e Product Development.
  • Supporto Change Point Management e milestone di sviluppo prodotto.
  • Qualità sul pavimento e audit funzionali.
  • Conoscenza ISO 9001 e IATF 16949.
  • Metodologie di miglioramento continuo: Kaizen, Read Across, best-practice.

Mansioni

  • Guidare team di qualità multidisciplinari nel Powertrain.
  • Gestire KPI di qualità e analisi delle metriche.
  • Guidare RCA e 8D per contenzioni e non conformità.
  • Gestire cambi e piani d'azione con fornitori.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Powertrain Quality Operations Manager

Technical Skills
  • 5-10 years of experience in leading multidisciplinary quality teams (Quality Operations, Engineering, Metrology, Supplier Quality).
  • Knowledge of key internal and external quality KPIs, including: DRR, 0 km PPM, 3MIS Warranty, KPPM, Internal Scrap.
  • Experience in Advanced Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 8D methodology, risk assessment, and reaction plan definition.
  • Experience in containment management and serial life management.
  • Experience in managing process, product, and supplier non-conformities.
  • Knowledge of Supplier Quality Management processes, supplier escalation management, and action plan evaluation.
  • Knowledge of: PPAP, APQP, Control Plan, P-FMEA, D-FMEA, Process Validation, Industrial change management.
  • Ability to perform technical product diagnostics and dimensional analysis.
  • Knowledge of geometry, metrology, and measurement systems.
  • Knowledge of SPC, Cpk, process capability, and quality statistical tools.
  • Ability to interpret data from metrology, calibration, materials, chemical, and functional testing laboratories.
  • Experience in cross-functional coordination with Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Product Development.
  • Support of Change Point Management activities and product development milestones.
  • Experience in managing shop-floor quality activities and conducting functional audits.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, Kaizen, Read Across, and best-practice standardization.

  • Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational influencing skills.
  • Strong responsiveness and decision-making capability in complex and high-pressure industrial environments.
Languages
  • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Offer
  • Salary range: from 42.000 € to 49.000 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements.
  • Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
