Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Junior Controller to support financial controlling activities through reporting, data analysis, and business performance monitoring in Isola Vicentina, Italy. You will assist in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting while collaborating across functions to drive performance improvements.

Key qualifications include a Economics degree, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics.
• Experience in Accounting/Controlling, Audit.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Understanding of accounting principles and revenue recognition concepts.
• SAP knowledge is a plus; BI tools (QLIK) are advantageous.
• Good understanding of financial and operational reporting.
• Good knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain weekly management reports, including orders, revenue, pricing, inventory.
• Support the monthly closing process and the preparation of management accounts.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Develop, maintain, and improve SAP-based reports and performance dashboards.
• Analyze data available in Business Intelligence tools and provide insights to management.
• Collaborate closely with Operations and Supply Chain, Pricing, Sales teams on inventory control and stock reduction initiatives.
• SGA spend analysis.
