Marsh Risk in Padova is seeking a Junior Client Advisor to join the Risk Management team through the Professional Graduate Programme. The role is hybrid, based in Padova, supporting multinational clients and working with Client Executive to deliver risk and insurance solutions.

You will manage renewals, build client relationships, and contribute to portfolio growth while collaborating with Marsh and insurer partners.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in economics (Management, Business Administration, International Business) or Law.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).

Mansioni

• Deliver risk management and insurance programmes and reviews.
• Build relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Manage renewals, retention, and portfolio strategies.
• Support a portfolio of multinational clients.
• Identify risk management and insurance strategies.
• Host client and insurer meetings with brokers.
• Collaborate with Placement Team to drive growth.
• Provide guidance on technical insurance matters.
• Maintain accurate client records and regulatory compliance.
