RINA in Genoa, Italy is recruiting a Junior Italy Fire Testing Business Support Advisor who is registered as a protected category candidate under Italian Law 68/99. The role centers on administrative tasks, from creating customer records in the CRM to issuing invoices.

Responsibilities include customer data management, input and maintenance of offers, contract and order processing, invoicing and payment tracking, and proactive customer communication.

Competenze

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field is preferred.

Mansioni

• Create, maintain and update customer records in the CRM.
• Input and maintain offer details in internal systems and prepare offer documents.
• Process contracts and customer orders, coordinate with logistics for delivery.
• Generate invoices and monitor payments, respond to queries.
• Provide timely updates to customers on products, orders and billing.
• Investigate and resolve billing or order-related issues with internal teams.
• Ensure compliance and maintain organized records for audit readiness.
