Job summary

QSRP group in Lombardia (Italy) is seeking a Finance/Controlling junior to assist the Controlling department with monitoring financial performance, data analysis, and reporting for strategic decision-making.

You will support monthly closings, analyze expenses, prepare performance reports, and participate in budgeting and forecasting at both store and corporate levels. A proactive, detail-oriented learner will thrive in a dynamic QSR environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Business Engineering or a related field.
• Up to 1 year of experience in Finance, Controlling or a similar analytical environment is a plus.
• Good Excel skills and confidence working with data.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly closing process by collecting and validating data from multiple stores and departments.
• Analyze operational expenses such as rent, occupancy and G&A.
• Prepare regular performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to monitor store efficiency and profitability.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes at both store and corporate level.
• Perform variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget/Forecast) and provide explanations for deviations.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations and Marketing teams to gather insights and improve data quality.
• Help improving existing reporting tools and dashboards to ensure timely and accurate information for management.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis.
• Assist with cost control initiatives and margin optimization projects

About the position

The indicative gross annual salary ranges between€28,000 and €30,000, with an additional 10% performance-based bonus..
