Burger King Restaurants Italy is seeking a Controlling team member to assist with reporting and analysis from the finance and operations perspective. You will report to the Controlling Manager and help deliver accurate reporting, forecasting and budgeting across departments.

The role emphasizes data quality, cross-functional collaboration, and adapting to a fast-changing environment while supporting multiple stakeholders across countries and cultures.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Business Engineering.
• Knowledge of Excel.
• Fluency in English (at least B2).
• Fluency in Italian (at least B2).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to embrace new challenges in fast-changing environment.
• Good communication across departments and countries/cultures.

About The Position

The person in this role will support Controlling team from Business and Finance side. In particular the resource will be actively involved in reporting activities and analysis.

Reporting to the Controlling Manager, the resource will support the Controlling Department in the following activities:

• Support for the finance and operations departments in reporting working hours and daily monitoring of productivity.
• Support for the finance and operations departments in controlling inventory costs, inventory shrinkage, and related reporting.
• Support for the finance and operations departments in reporting, forecasting and budgeting activities.
• Data quality activities and innovation of reporting processes.

What Do You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Business Engineering,
• Knowledge of Excel.
• Fluency in English (at least B2)
• Fluency in Italian (at Least B2)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills.
