Job summary

TSS Damping Solutions in Cuneo, Italy, is seeking a Junior Automotive Account Manager to support a key customer, coordinating with R&D, Quality, Operations and Supply Chain on local and international projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Automotive Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Project Management, or Account Management roles.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Interest in automotive industry and customer relationship management.
• Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad (25–40%).

About The Job

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the management and development of a key customer in the automotive sector while working closely with R&D, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams at both local and international levels. The purpose of the role is to contribute to business growth, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, and support project management activities throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Requirements

About the Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Automotive Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Project Management, or Account Management roles, preferably within industrial or automotive environments.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Interest in the automotive industry and customer relationship management.
• Availability to travel in Italy and abroad (approximately 25-40% of working time).
