Xiaomi Technology in Italy seeks a White‑Goods GTM Lead to own end‑to‑end refrigerator and washing machine portfolio for Italy. Lead new‑product launches, hit country sales targets and drive lifecycle management from introduction to end‑of‑life.

You will work with European HQ on SKU selection, pricing, localization, and create country‑specific launch playbooks; collaborate with local sales, marketing, and supply chain to ensure successful distribution and channel performance.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree or above; 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in white‑goods GTM, category management or overseas product ownership (air conditioner / refrigerator / washing‑machine background preferred).
Solid knowledge of local open‑market, Amazon and key retail, e‑commerce & operator channel models.
Proven track record of end‑to‑end overseas home‑appliance new‑product launches, with practical experience managing full product lifecycle for a single country.
Fluent English for daily business communication; Italian is a plus.
