Xiaomi Technology Rome, Italy is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager for White Goods to lead end-to-end logistics across the country. You will own delivery performance, manage vendors, and drive cost optimization in coordination with regional teams.

The role requires strong knowledge of warehousing, last-mile delivery, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, finance, and operations to ensure scalable and reliable home appliance fulfillment.

Competenze

• 3-5 years logistics, supply chain or delivery operation experience.
• Large home appliances or bulky cargo logistics experience preferred.
• Familiar with local logistics processes including warehousing and last-mile delivery; international exposure is a plus.

Mansioni

• Design and manage customer delivery plans and fulfill POs.
• Monitor end-to-end delivery issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Hold CPFR meetings with KAM and customers and review 13-week rolling plans.
• Oversee local inventory, monitor HQ rework warehouses and channel stocks.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day delivery operations and service levels.
