Xiaomi Italia seeks a White Goods Product Manager to own the Italy portfolio end-to-end, lead new‑product launches and drive country sales targets for refrigerators and washing machines.

You will manage the product lifecycle, coordinate cross‑functional teams across sales, retail, marketing and supply chain, and translate European strategies into locally adapted execution while monitoring inventory, pricing, and profitability.

• White‑Goods GTM Ownership End‑to‑end ownership of refrigerator and washing machine portfolio business for Italy market. Lead new‑product launch execution and deliver country‑level sales targets. Manage full product lifecycle from introduction, growth, maturity to end‑of‑life, and take accountability for country‑level volume performance, inventory turnover and category profitability.
• Product Roadmap & Localization Strategy Deeply understand local consumer behaviors, home‑appliance competitor landscape, and dynamics of offline KA retailers and e‑commerce channels. Submit market product requirements and category roadmaps to European HQ. Collaborate with HQ product team on SKU selection, local pricing and localized value‑proposition packaging, and deliver complete country‑specific new‑product launch playbooks.
• Sales & PSI Inventory Management Develop category sales forecasts, allocate stock, enforce stock & price discipline and maintain healthy omnichannel price integrity. Monitor PSI (Purchase‑Sales‑Inventory) metrics, flag inventory risks, drive slow‑moving SKU clearance to sustain solid inventory turnover, and align supply cadence for offline retail, operator channels, Amazon and local e‑commerce partners.
• Cross‑Functional Execution Partner with local sales, retail, marketing, after‑sales and supply‑chain planning teams to drive new‑product distribution, in‑store merchandising, sales associate enablement and campaign delivery. Translate European regional strategies into locally‑adapted execution, and build reusable operational playbooks for country‑level white‑goods business.
• Market & Competitive Intelligence Continuously track white‑goods market size, key competitors' product portfolio, pricing, channel tactics and marketing initiatives. Produce regular business reviews and competitive analysis reports to iterate product and commercial strategies, and grow Xiaomi white‑goods market share in‑country.
• Risk & Project Management Act as project owner for new‑product launches, orchestrate end‑to‑end launch workflows and resolve bottlenecks for launch and sales operations. Align business with local home‑appliance compliance, energy‑efficiency standards and after‑sales installation service frameworks to ensure stable business operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above; 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in white‑goods GTM, category management or overseas product ownership (air conditioner / refrigerator / washing‑machine background preferred). Proven home‑appliance market experience is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of local open‑market, Amazon and key retail, e‑commerce & operator channel models.
• Proven track record of end‑to‑end overseas home‑appliance new‑product launches, with practical experience managing full product lifecycle for a single country. Profound expertise in PSI inventory governance, volume‑price control and country‑level category operation; capable of owning volume and profit KPIs independently.
• Fluent English for daily business communication; Italian is a plus. Comfortable working within matrix cross‑functional setups to drive projects between European HQ and local country teams.
• Strong data analytics and market‑insight capability: identify business opportunities and risks via data and formulate actionable country business strategies.
• Mature overseas business mindset with solid understanding of European home‑appliance consumer preferences and compliance requirements. Prior experience at Chinese home‑appliance OEM/brand expanding into Europe is preferred.

Compensation: This is a local hire role. The gross annual salary is aligned with local market benchmark. Final offer will be determined based on candidate's experience and competencies.
