Xiaomi Italia is seeking a Product Manager for White Goods in Roma, Lazio to own the Italy refrigerator and washing machine portfolio. You will drive end-to-end product launches, translate European strategies into country playbooks, and ensure strong sales performance across offline and online channels.

Responsibilities include lifecycle management, market intelligence, inventory governance, and cross‑functional collaboration with HQ and local teams. Fluent English is expected, Italian is a plus.

• 3–5 years hands-on experience in white‑goods GTM or category management.
• Proven track record of end-to-end overseas product launches.
• Experience with local market dynamics and omni‑channel retail is a plus.
