Job summary

Fedrigoni seeks a Sales Manager Italy for our Fabriano Business to maximize sales results and grow market share across Retail & Wholesale channels. • 7+ years of experience in a commercial role in B2C companies with strong customer focus and key accounts management.

Responsibilities

• Implement the growing strategy of Fabriano and Magnani 1404 brands.
• Drive sales across Retail & Wholesale channels including direct and indirect.
• Supervise and animate all agents for Italy, coordinating with Head of Italy.
• Define annual sales plan and tailor-made growth strategies.
• Collaborate with trade marketing and customer care.
• Perform sales data analysis to identify opportunities and improve planning.
• Organize presentations to share best practices and improve effectiveness.
• Oversee collections and service levels.
