El Sewedy Polymers is seeking a Sales Manager to drive its Italy compounds business and build a strong market presence in the wire and cable sectors. You will qualify accounts, coordinate trials, and convert approvals into long-term supply agreements.

Based in Italy with field-based duties, you will work with a technical and supply organisation, manage key accounts, negotiate terms and report on performance to senior leadership.

Competenze

• 8+ years in B2B technical sales of cable compounds, polymers or cable materials, or related roles with Italian market exposure.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Polymer, Materials or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Fluent Italian and English; experience in qualification/approval processes.
• Strong negotiation, key-account management and commercial judgement.

Mansioni

• Build and execute the Italy compounds market plan (annual and 3-year) with target accounts and pricing.
• Develop coverage of cable manufacturers and PVC processors across Italy.
• Own the qualification pipeline end to end with tests and approvals.
• Coordinate testing with Technical Service and Quality teams; drive multi-grade approvals.
• Negotiate price formulas, Incoterms, payment terms, and supply models.
• Collaborate with application lab and R&D on trials and CPR requirements.
• Report monthly on performance, pipeline, market share and intelligence.
