QLM Search is partnering with a leading branded food manufacturer to appoint a Managing Director - Italy. This is a high-impact executive appointment for a transformational leader to shape the future of a significant regional business.

Reporting directly to a key member of the Global Exec, the Managing Director will have full accountability for business performance, EBITDA growth, and the successful integration of multiple operating businesses into one aligned, high-performing organisation.

Competenze

• Significant P&L leadership experience within a complex manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record delivering EBITDA improvement and profitable growth.
• Experience leading large-scale business integration and organisational transformation.
• Experience operating within an international matrix organisation.
• Fluent Italian and English are mandatory.
