This high-impact executive role reports directly to a member of the Global Exec and holds full accountability for business performance, EBITDA growth, and the integration of multiple operating units into a single, high-performing organisation.

• Significant P&L leadership experience within a complex manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrable success leading large-scale business integration and organisational transformation programmes.
• A strong track record of delivering sustainable EBITDA improvement and profitable growth.
• Deep commercial, operational and financial leadership capability.
• Experience operating successfully within an international matrix organisation.
• The ability to influence and inspire at Board, Executive and customer level.
• A collaborative leadership style with the resilience and credibility to lead change across a complex business.
• Fluent Italian and English are mandatory.
